The partnership between Skills Avenue Youth Initiative @sayi_tanzania and Elevate Young Minds (they are using art to empower community against social inequalities in United Kingdom) has started and @chloe.bee_ will be flying from U.K to be in Tanzania on 25th May, just to conduct some classes dance classes and share some knowledge with students. Skills Avenue Youth Initiative
(SAYI) has committed to contribute on the improvement of education context in
Tanzania by introducing the debate and public speaking competition as part and
parcel of secondary students’ education life. The historical journey has
planned to mark it’s take off on 1<sup>st</sup> December 2016 at Canossa
secondary school. History is going to be made and the dream going to open its
first eye to realization because this is SAYI believe: Building oral
presentation intelligence among secondary students, enhancing critical
thinking, self-awareness, expression and development. All this for the one
great target of standing firm over our country Tanzania. The spirit of
patriotism where youth will be proud of our nation and keep on suqqesting
solution of different challenges instead of blaming one part. Where every youth
will be responsible to contribute their talent, knowledge, power ana revenues
for the battlement of the country. This debate and public speaking competition
aim at building confidence of studens especially in communication especially in
English language. MAY THE BEST DEBATER AND PUBLIC SPEAKER WIN!!!<o:p></o:p></div>

their terminal and annual school leave for volunteering in areas of their
interest should be compulsory”</i></b></span></span><br />

through volunteering</u></b></span>

Coming as the counter way towards low oral presentation intelligence as well as confidence among most of the youth in secondary schools college and universities self awareness and development, developing reasoning capacity among youth so that they can be critical thinkers and solution giver than blamer; <b>Skills Avenue Youth Initiative (SAYI)</b> here we are presenting to you <b>BOOT CAMP</b> with the theme My Road To Career with programs like<br />

<li>Speak to persuade</li>
<li>How to speak to influence </li>
<li>how to speak to sell</li>
<li>and how to speak to negotiate</li>
</ol>

simultaneously with those programs other social programs like <i><b>motivational talks, talent shows as well as beach games and touristic outreach </b></i>will also take place during the <b>BOOT CAMP</b>. </div>

Those programs will be delivered with high qualified trainers from inside and outside the country including Perrykent Nkole and Njavwa from Zambia with many others from Tanzania including Godfrey Kacholi (Mzumbe University- Tanzania), Mpendwa Chihimba (WOFATA- Tanzania) and Baraka Chedego (YouthCAN- Tanzania). </div>
