Plan 'B' Success Cafe (BOOT CAMP)

Coming as the counter way towards low oral presentation intelligence as well as confidence among most of the youth in secondary schools college and universities self awareness and development, developing reasoning capacity among youth so that they can be critical thinkers and solution giver than blamer; Skills Avenue Youth Initiative (SAYI) here we are presenting to you BOOT CAMP with the theme My Road To Career with programs like

1. Speak to persuade
2. How to speak to influence 
3. how to speak to sell
4. and how to speak to negotiate

simultaneously with those programs other social programs like motivational talks, talent shows as well as beach games and touristic outreach will also take place during the BOOT CAMP. 

Those programs will be delivered with high qualified trainers from inside and outside the country including Perrykent Nkole and Njavwa from Zambia with many others from Tanzania including Godfrey Kacholi (Mzumbe University- Tanzania), Mpendwa Chihimba (WOFATA- Tanzania) and Baraka Chedego (YouthCAN- Tanzania).
